Welcome to Community United Methodist Church. We are a small but vibrant church located in the beautiful and unique town of Leavenworth, Washington State's "Bavarian Village" (www.leavenworth.org). Our town hosts a unique series of festivals, such as Maifest, Wenatchee River Salmon Festival and Autumn Leaf Festival, which our church links with in a unique series of Christian worship services that help us in our mission of "Growing God's Kingdom by 'making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world'."

Women's Retreat

Leavenworth Community United Methodist Church is sponsoring a women's retreat on Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The retreat will be held at Ingalls Creek Enrichment Center, 12355 Ingalls Creek Road off Highway 97 towards Blewett Pass. Retreat leader Sue Magrath will be guiding us as we explore the topic "Blooming into Authentic Self." From a young age we learn to hide our true selves in order to receive the approval of others. Learn to uncover the unique seed which God planted in each of us and how to tend and nurture it, weeding out false selves so that our true identity can shine through and bless the world with our unique fragrance.
